    Long Life Coffee Making

A study of over 400,000 people, found the regular coffee drinkers have a longer life expectancy than never or rarely drank. In research published in the New England Journal of Medicine in the United States, coffee is known to be associated with lower risk of heart attack, stroke, infection, injury and accidents.

But researchers warn, the invention should be interpreted cautiously because only measured at one time. Also unclear, what ingredients in coffee is associated with longevity.

"We know that coffee has an effect on the brain, so it may have a role," said lead researcher Neal Freedman from the National Health in Rockville, Maryland. "Or, he might have an effect on bone health," as reported by Reuters on Wednesday, May 16, 2012.
Research on long-term effects on a number of diseases have led to opposite conclusions. Some studies found coffee drinkers had less diabetes, but other findings expressed at higher risk heart attack.

"To have a cup of coffee, there's no reason to stop. Periodically, someone put it badly, but I think this research reinforces the view of coffee drinking is not dangerous," said Lawrence Krakoff, a cardiologist from Mount Sinai School Kedokterab in New York, who did not join the research this.

Researchers have concluded a long life makes this coffee on a survey of diet and health of adults aged between 50 to 71 years in 1995 and 1996. One question, regarding coffee consumption. Then, in 2008, respondents were searched again using the registration of deaths and illness statistics national and state to find out how many have died and what caused them.

Initially, coffee was impressed associated with a high potential for death over a period of 14 years. Approximately 13 percent of men and 10 percent of women who reported drinking no coffee at the beginning of the survey died between 1995-2008, compared with 19 percent of men and 15 percent of women who drank six cups or more a day.

However, the coffee drinkers are later found to also smoke, abuse alcohol and eating lots of red meat. When researchers enter data, the emerging picture is different again. In his analysis, men who drank two to more than six cups per day 10 percent longer life than those without. For women, even up to 16 percent. (source vivanews.com)
