Kabul, Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai condemned the NATO airstrikes that killed 18 civilians in Logar Province, Afghanistan. Karzai angrily called the attack is unacceptable.
"NATO attacks that cause loss of life and property damage to civilians, however, can not be justified and is not acceptable," Karzai said as reported by AFP on Thursday (07/06/2012) about the attacks that occurred in Logar, south of Kabul on Wednesday, June 6 yesterday.
Karzai was deeply grieved over the death of dozens of civilians due to the NATO attacks. For this incident, according to the palace, Karzai will shorten his visit to China and immediately returned to his homeland ..
Previously, the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) said, "some of the rebels" were killed in air strikes launched on Wednesday morning local time.
The attack was ordered after insurgents fired upon ISAF troops.
